Getting Your Puppy Home

Local families are welcome to pick up directly from our facility, meet our team, and see the environment where their puppy was raised.

Same-day fly-in/fly-out with puppy in cabin

The most affordable and convenient option is often flying into Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), then returning home the same day with your puppy in cabin. Airline policies vary by carrier; confirm carrier dimensions, health paperwork, pet fees, and age limits directly with your airline before booking.

Official airline pet policy resources: American, Delta, United, Southwest, Alaska, JetBlue, Frontier, Spirit, Hawaiian, and Allegiant.

Airport handoff and payment

We’ll meet you at DFW or DAL for your puppy’s handoff. Bring an airline-approved in-cabin carrier. Final payment can be made at pickup by cash, card, or pre-arranged electronic payment. International buyers need additional health certificates and documentation, so please contact us and your airline well in advance.

Ground transport

If flying is not an option, ground delivery through trusted transport partners is available. Door-to-door delivery is available at $1.00–$1.50 per mile, calculated by route. Email Lauren, our kennel director, for a personalized quote.
